If you are ordering and would like to pick up your order locally (Houston, MN) you will be reimbursed for shipping charges upon pickup. You however MUST notify us within 24hours of your internet order by calling us at (507)896-2403 and leaving your phone number or email us at steph@kidzpuzzles.com. If you do not contact us within 24 hours we will ship the item(s) within 3-5 business days if the products are in stock, backorders may take longer to ship.
Products will be shipped in 3-5 business days, unless the product is backordered. If product is backordered shipment will take longer, some products may not be guaranteed to ship at a close date.
